境外主體公眾帳號主體修正

境外公眾帳號變更主體請重新提交認(rèn)證申請并支付費用（該認(rèn)證將作為提前年審），申請公函可免提交，主體資質(zhì)證件請?zhí)峁┳兏蟮牟牧希黧w變更申請將由騰訊委托第三方機(jī)構(gòu)代理審核。

如貴司已確認(rèn)符合以下條件之一，方可支持企業(yè)主體變更：

1.滿足企業(yè)之間吸收合并：A+B=B且A企業(yè)已注銷，具備工商局或政府機(jī)構(gòu)合并文件核實；

2.企業(yè)主體名稱變更，有工商變更證明，本質(zhì)上主體未發(fā)生改變；

3.主體名稱錯漏字，核實工商數(shù)據(jù)后可按正確主體名稱錄入，需提供相關(guān)資質(zhì)。

Overseas official accounts if change the business entity, please resubmit verification request and recharge for it. ( The verification will be considered as annual audit in advance) 

The application letter (Weixin Official Account Registration and Verification Application Form) is no need to submit and the business license needs to submit the latest one. The verification will be reviewed by a third-party organization commissioned by Tencent.

If your company has confirmed that one of the following conditions , it can be supported to change the business entity:

1.The condition satisfy the merger between enterprises: A+B=B and the company A has been cancelled, and have the consolidated documents issued by the Industry and Commerce Bureau ｏｒ Government Agencies;

2.The name of the enterprise subject is changed, and there is a certification of changed the name from the Industry and Commerce Bureau. The subject has not changed in essence;

3.The name of the enterprise subject is missing words. After verifying the industrial and commercial data, it can be entered according to the correct subject name, and relevant qualifications are required.
